FRIGOR-BOX was established in 1970 by the Fantini family, willing to respond to the cooling needs of the food industry. Nowadays it is a group of 150 people, offering its Customers a wide range of products.
Panels, insulating doors, small and medium sized cold rooms, industrial cold stores and refrigeration units, bast chillers and freezers, quick freezing tunnels.
Cold rooms, Cold storage rooms
Every single project of Frigorbox comes from a site measurement, a detailed as-built drawing and a manic care of the assembly details. The materials we delivere on site are ready for the installation and do not require any further site processing. Applicable sectors: SALAMI FACTORIES MEAT PROCESSING MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS FRUIT AND VEGETABLES ICE CREAMS AND DEEP FROZEN GOODS PHARMACEUTICAL LOGISTIC PLATFORMS READY MEALS and CATERING NAVAL Frigorbox is also able to develop Coldrooms for special applications such as climatic chambers, clean rooms, deep-freezer containers, mortuary cabinets, etc.
Sandwiched Panels
Frigorbox produces modular sandwiched panels for commercial and industrial coldrooms. The panels are made of: - FIBREGLASS, self-extinguishing and foodsafe certified - STAINLESS STEEL - PREPAINTED GALVANIZED STEEL - PVC-COATED GALVANIZED STEEL - WHITE ALUMINIUM RAL 9010 and 42 Kg/m3 density rigid polyuretane foam.
Industrial Insulating Doors
The engineers of Frigorbox R&D department has designed the entire range of industrial insulating doors. The production department staff involves more than 15 skilled workers and state-of-the-art machinery to ensure the maximum accuracy in the finishing and care of the details. Frigorbox has also an important spare parts and after-sale department which ensure a high performance and a long term partnership with the clients. Blast chillers and deep freezers
We can provide any temperature within the range from -40°C to +90°C;; Blast chillers and deep freezers are mainly useful for these kind of products: meat, fish, milk and bakery products, sweet and salty pastry, fruit and vegetables, packed or unpacked goods, loose or on pans. Frigorbox has also developed an innovative and easy electronic control panel which gives access to the pre-studied programmes in a few seconds, ideal for all kind of recipes.
